Preferred Recruit Track and field recruiting Free evaluation

For parents of high school track and field athletes

College coaches haven’t heard your athlete’s name yet.

We email the coaches who need your athlete’s event, from your athlete’s own inbox, and follow up for months until they answer. Our athletes have earned $10M+ in scholarships.

It takes about a minute to apply, then a recruiting advisor calls to go over your athlete’s marks, grades and goals. Both parents are welcome on the call.

Good athletes get missed, and it isn’t the family’s fault.

Nobody hands parents a map for college recruiting. These are the four reasons talented track athletes never hear from the coaches who would want them.

Most families wait to be found.

They figure a coach will see the times in the meet results, or the high school coach will make a call. In track and field, the athlete has to reach out first.

One email gets buried.

College coaches get more recruiting emails than they can answer. The reply usually comes on the fourth or fifth follow-up, and most families stop after one.

A profile blast isn’t a conversation.

Coaches can tell a mass email from a no-reply address. They answer athletes who write to them directly about their event.

Roster spots got tighter.

New roster limits and the transfer portal mean programs fill their classes earlier, so waiting costs more than it used to.

How we get your athlete seen.

The athletes who get recruited reach out first, to the right coaches, and keep following up. We run that for your family.

01

A list of programs that fit

We look at your athlete’s marks, grades, events and goals and build the list of college programs where they fit, not just the famous ones.

02

Coaches hear from your athlete

About 50 personal emails a day go out from your athlete’s own email to the event coach at each program on the list.

03

Follow-ups until coaches answer

Every coach gets a follow-up every couple of weeks and after every new mark, for months.

04

Help with every reply and offer

Ryan, Coach Malik and the team help with every coach reply, call, visit and offer, all the way to signing.

How to judge any recruiting service.

Ask these five questions before you pay anyone, including us.

Who sends the emails?

Your athlete, from their own email. Coaches expect to hear from the recruit, not from a no-reply address.

Who receives them?

The event coach at programs that fit your athlete, not every school in a database.

What happens when a coach doesn’t answer?

Follow-ups, for months, and every time your athlete runs a new mark.

Can you see the work?

Every coach reply lands in your athlete’s own inbox, so you see exactly who is interested.

What if it doesn’t work?

Guaranteed genuine interest or a full refund.

I just got my bill for the first semester and I was expecting to pay like $7K… my total balance due came out to $213. The scholarship covered basically everything.

Nhandi and I had a call today with the coach and they made her an offer!!!!! 50% or $18K on tuition. If she jumps 40′ or 19′ this year it will bump to about 2/3 or ~$24K… We are excited!!!
Nhandi’s parent Triple jump and long jump
The speaker at the Summit told parents not to use recruiters, especially the big national companies, but gave you a shout out and said you were doing good work.

It’s been amazing to watch his overall confidence grow throughout the process, talking to coaches, thinking about visits. Can’t thank you enough.
Chris Parent of Samuel B., Franklin Pierce University
The offer was really close to a full scholarship, which is almost unheard of nowadays. I would not be where I am without you.
Winston S. Committed to Davidson College
Before you guys I was only getting attention from smaller D3 and NAIA schools and never envisioned I would get to jump to D2 and D1 programs.

Guaranteed genuine interest or a full refund.

Genuine interest means a college coach actively interested in your athlete, and that can include an offer.

For the other parent.

Most families decide this together. Here is the short version to send to your spouse.

Preferred Recruit emails college track coaches from our kid’s own email, only the right coach at schools that fit, follows up for months, and helps us with every reply and offer. If no college coach shows genuine interest, we get a full refund. The first call is free and we can both be on it.

Questions parents ask.

Can’t we just get recruited on our own?

Some families do, and it takes hundreds of emails and follow-ups to the right coaches at the right time. We do that work for you from your athlete’s own inbox.

What about camps and recruiting profile sites?

They can help, if a coach is already watching your athlete. A camp shows your athlete to the coaches who are there that day, and a profile waits for a coach to go looking. Our outreach goes to the coaches who need your athlete’s event, from your athlete’s own email, and keeps following up.

What does waiting cost?

Programs fill their classes earlier every year. Each month without outreach is a month of follow-ups your athlete doesn’t get, and coaches build their lists from the athletes already talking to them. Paolo joined in June and had a full ride two weeks later.

How do we know this will actually work?

You see every coach reply in your athlete’s inbox, so you know exactly who is interested.

What if we pay and get no results?

You’re covered by our guarantee: guaranteed genuine interest or a full refund.

What does “guaranteed genuine interest” mean?

Genuine interest means a college coach actively interested in your athlete, and that can include an offer. If that doesn’t happen, you get a full refund. The guarantee covers coach interest, not an offer from a specific school. The deadline and what we need from your family are spelled out in your client agreement, and we go through them on the call.

Who is it for?

High school track and field athletes whose marks already fit college programs, and the parents who want a real plan. Juniors and seniors get the most from it, because that’s when coaches build their lists.

Can both parents be on the call?

Yes, and we recommend it. Have your spouse with you if you decide together. If you have questions before the call, contact us.

Is my athlete fast enough?

That is what the free evaluation checks first. We look at your athlete’s marks, grades and goals and tell you which college track programs fit, before you decide anything. You can also check your athlete’s mark against 1,157 college programs right now.
